Roles: Director, Editor and Animator
Steffen (1987) is an animator, director and illustrator from Jegum, a small town in the southwest of Denmark. He graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop (Viborg) Denmark, with a Bachelor’s degree in Character Animation. In the fall of 2016 he was an intern at Golden Wolf Studios in London, where his mainly focus were on 3D animation.
Roles: Art Director, Texturing- and Lighting Artist
Ditte (1987) is a CG Artist and Illustrator from Copenhagen, Denmark. She graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark, with a Bachelor in Computer Graphics Art. For the past couple of years Ditte has been focusing on the artistic parts of the pipeline such as visual development, texturing, lighting, compositing and color grading. She has been functioning as an Art Director on various projects, latest on the 3D graduation film “Less Than Human”. Her main interests lie within detail, color and light. In the fall of 2016, Ditte was an intern at Sehsucht, Berlin, and is now working as a designer with the vfx company Gentlemen & Broncos in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Roles: Technical Director, Pipeline TD and Rigger
Lasse (1990) is a CG Artist from a small ecological community called Dyssekilde, Denmark. He graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark, with a bachelor in computer Graphics Art. For the past few years he has been focusing on the technical parts of the 3D pipeline such as rigging, scripting and pipeline tools. He has worked with the role of Technical Director on a number of projects latest on the graduation film “Less Than Human”. In his spare time he develops computer games. Lasse took his internship as a rigger at Framestore in London.
Roles: Animation Lead and Animator
Matilde (1987) is an animator from Helsing in Denmark. She graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Viborg (Denmark) with a Bachelor of Arts in Character Animation. The last year of school she has been working as an animation lead on the graduation film “Less Than Human”. She is focused on 3D animation but she also has an interest in 2D animation. In the fall of 2016 she took her internship at Illumination Mac Guff in France.
Roles: CG Generalist, Production Manager and Rigger
Anna (1987) is CG generalist from Soenderborg, Denmark. She graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Denmark with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Graphic Arts, where she worked on the short film ‘Less Than Human’. Anna’s main interest is 3D modeling, texturing, rigging and compositing, but she is comfortable with the whole pipeline, both 2D and 3D. Anna took her internship at Funday Factory in Aarhus, Denmark, where she worked on mobile game productions.
Roles: Animator and Assistant Production Manager
Julie (1993) is a Character Animator from Rødding, a small town in the mid-west of Jutland, Denmark. She graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark, with a bachelor’s degree in Character Animation. During the bachelor film ‘Less Than Human’, Julie was responsible for story development and held the roles as an animator and assistant production manager. She is passionate about animation and has an interest in cinematography. In the future Julie would like to work with 3D animation and filmmaking plus explore the possibilities there are as an animator. In the fall of 2016, Julie took her internship as an animator at Piñata, Helsinki, Finland.
Roles: CG Generalist, Modeler and Concept Sculptor
Morten (1985) is a CG and classical sculpting artist from Viborg, Denmark. He graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark, with a Bachelor of Arts in CG Arts. As a CG generalist on the bachelor film “Less Than Human” he was primarily involved with the modeling of characters and the sets as well as laying out UV’s for texturing. He is interested in modeling as well as classical sculpting and specializes in turning flat 2D designs into working 3D models. In the fall of 2016, Morten was a modeling and texturing intern at SYBO Games in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Roles: Animator and Storyboard Artist
Ida (1993) is an animator and illustrator from Frederikshavn, Denmark. She graduated in January 2017 from The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark, with a Bachelor of Arts in Character Animation. Besides animating, Ida also worked on story development and storyboarding on the graduation movie ’Less Than Human’. She is passionate about both 2D and 3D animation, but most specifically creature animation. In her spare time she makes illustrations and work on her own small projects. In the fall of 2016, Ida has been working as an animation intern and employee at Hydralab in Copenhagen, Denmark.
